Yesterday’s post detailed our attempt to integrate the 7 habits into our writing assignment. I would like to share another student’s writing with you. The following was written by 5th grader, Omari P., from Dadeville Elementary School.
George Washington was a great leader. George Washington began with the end in mind. For instance, he planned a surprise attack on the Hessians and led his troops to victory. George Washington synergized. According to the text, he worked together with his troops to get across the Delaware River. George Washington had a win-win attitude. I know this because he knew a win in the war would be good for everyone’s freedom. George Washington was a great leader because he used these habits. George Washington is known as the Father of our country.
Great job Omari P.!
I am glad George Washington had that win-win attitude!
